Nigerian Dwarf Goat Herd

Senior Buck Lucky

Lucky (ADGA name NAUGHTY NIGERIANS MYBLUEHEART) is our herd buck and has produced many healthy kids. Born in 2019 he enjoys time with the herd dams, blackberry leaves, complaining about fences and animal cookies.

Companion Goat Brownie

Brownie, Snowflake’s brother, is a wether whose lot in life is the keep Lucky company on the boy’s side of the farm. He puts up with a lot but is stoic and content with his lot in life. He gets through the hard days by testing gates, eating roses he’s not supposed to, seeing if the chicken food is available and being cute enough to get bonus animal cookies.

Senior Dam Libby

Libby (ADGA name WILD BRAMBLE SK LITTLE LIBBY) is always looking for the spotlight. Inheriting the herd queen role in 2021, she’s settling into her leadership role. She enjoys bossing around her daughter and niece, claiming the highest ground on the goat structures and animal crackers.

The Girls

Snowflake (more white) and Snowdrift (more brown/black), from Lacey and Libby’s last kiddings, respectively. Born in 2020, they’ve made it through their first pandemic year by maintaining good humor, checking to see if that (structure / piece of clothing / fence / finger ) is something to eat, dodging cranky senior goats and eating as many animal crackers as they can convince their humans they need.

Senior Dam Lacey
(2015-2021)

Our first head goats in charge, Lacey (ADGA name FOUR CEDARS SS SILVER LACE) was born in 2015 in Sequim but relocated to Olympia for the better weather. A grandmother, she enjoyed picking out the best pieces of hay, complaining about kids these days and animal cookies. Passed in 2021.
